Our approach

Sourcing is a control problem, not a purchasing one.

We buy at farm gate and mandi level through long-standing aggregator relationships in 14 states, which means we know the cluster, the season and the treatment history of the lot before it enters a warehouse. Every intake is sampled and held until the lab clears it.

Rejected lots are diverted to domestic channels rather than blended into export stock. It costs us margin. It is also why our claim ratio has stayed under 0.4% for six consecutive years.
